Join us Monday, September 18th for the POUND® class with instructor, Susan Medlin. During The Summit’s free fitness series, SWEAT, a different workout is featured on a 4-week rotation, so you can try something new each Monday! The classes are FREE, but space is limited. Please bring a yoga mat. Weighted drumsticks are provided at this class.
