21 Days to Freedom is a Book + Workbook, provides both scientific as well as biblical evidence of how we are affected physically, spiritually, and mentally by unforgiveness.   This book provides educational information on fasting and spiritual warfare, and unforgiveness.   I created this so that you can begin your fasting journey with adequate knowledge and understanding of what exactly you are getting yourself into.  The workbook section helps provide structure to your fast so that you can get the most out of it.
My goal is not just to educate you on the principles of fasting and forgiveness but to get you to apply the knowledge so that you can move forward and break free from the things that have been hindering your destiny.  This workbook was designed to get you active in applying the knowledge you learn in the first half of the book.  What good is knowledge if you do not apply it?  Be about your Fathers business, so you can experience the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth like Jesus intended us too.
