A Hug from Above
is just that: a hug from above. While it is a children's book about grief, it is also a book for anyone who is searching for understanding on grief and loss and how to provide answers to all those questions that children love to ask. This particular story was inspired by the author Pamela's unique situation; however the goal of this book is to bring comfort and security to all reading it; whether an ant got stepped on while on a walk to the park, or a loved one passed away - children have so many questions and they want to feel safe under the words of their caregivers.
