Valerie Lenora Boone is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and she is the daughter of Margaret Smith and Lawrence Frazier. She a mother of two sons and grandmother of two. She matriculated in the Baltimore City Public School system and extended her education in Human Services and Counseling at Sojourner Douglass College. She also a student at CCBC Randallstown for Business and Entrepreneurship.
