In a world where Heaven stands divided against itself, Asielle is an angel of seemingly little consequence. Blessed with a powerful, enchanting voice and the looks to match, it seems at first that she has it all, though she has never felt that way. Amongst her peers she is nothing special, being not particularly strong, and with no clear role to fulfill. Nothing but a pretty face and a lovely voice, more like an angsty teen than an ancient being. Asielle has always known she was inherently different from her fellow angels, but an ordinary mission to collect the relic of an ancient race is about to reveal just how different she really is, and call into question everything that she thought she knew.
