Alaska Caribou
is a collection of twenty stories of events that took place on big game hunts between 1967 and 2020 in northwest Arctic Alaska. All are true stories; however, names of some people have been changed, in respect of their privacy. Biological facts and traits of Rangifer tarandus - new world caribou - are included in some of the stories. The tales also deal with human reactions to the hunts and the wilderness.
