Artisans
- they employ over 260 women in their Creation Units. They foster a work environment that is nurturing, positive and supportive, putting the holistic well-being of their artisans first. Their aim is to bring them economic stability, joy at work and a strong sense of community.
Farmers
- they work with Farmer Producer Organisations to provide financial support and training for farmers in transitioning from conventional commercial farming methods towards regenerative farming practices and organic certification. To date, the have supported over 4000 cotton farmers through this model in south India.
