This novel, Arrivedirci Italia is based on a true story about a young American businessman who is sent to Italy by a large Fortune 500 company to manage an Italian subsidiary. There, he finds corruption, theft, vicious inter-company politics, nepotism, sexual manipulation and violence. He leans more and more on alcohol to cope with the stress and trials of conscious caused by the ethically challenged, dog-eat-dog mentality of the corporate world.
