A well-intentioned plan to put an idle CCC camp to good use becomes a town embarrassment when the camp's renters turn out to be nudists. Roberta, on the other hand, comes out of her shell and her clothes to embrace the freedom of the naturist society. The situation soon grows darker when a dead, naked body floats up to Susie's pier and the mystery begins. The Sheriff is too shy to question the campers and the campers are too social to stay in their cabins at night. Once again, it's up to Ernie and Susie to discover the murderer and the motive.
