Elle s'interdit la publication des travaux qui auraient pour objet la politique ou l'histoire contemporaine.
Art. 2. La Société se compose de toutes les personnes dont l'admission est prononcée par le Conseil à la suite d'une demande écrite parle candidat et appuyée par deux membres de la Société.
Art. 3. Le taux de la cotisation est fixé à I 5 francs par an.
Art. 4. Tout membre peut convertir la cotisation annuelle en un versement unique de 1 So francs.
