"Come Walk With Me (Story of Restoration)" was written and edited as a part of the author's cognitive and speech therapy after suffering an ischemic stroke. As my cognition started to clear, I thought this medical event was one that robbed me of who I was and limited who I could be. Walking the path that led to restoration revealed the flaws that existed in my former self, helped form a new and improved sense of being, strengthened my faith and revealed my true purpose. This memoir is an attempt at conveying a glimpse of that along with the grace and mercy of our Savior.
My hope is that, resting within these pages, the reader will find encouragement, enlightenment and hope in times of despair.
