This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Computational and Information Technologies in Science, Engineering and Education, CITech 2018, held in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan, in September 2018. The 25 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 64 submissions.
