Danny and the Good Hope

recovery boat, the Good Hope, its captain Danny, and his guardian cat Menace.
Out at sea they encounter a terrible monster who threatens havoc and destruction unless its
vision can be restored, both literally and figuratively, by Danny and the
tenacious Menace. Their adventure is beautifully and whimsically illustrated by
the author, Hallie Muir.
