With my 30 years of corporate experience, I was fortunate enough to engage in leadership roles that gave me a fresh new understanding of becoming a better leader. My undying passion was to give back to society through the learnings that I had accumulated.
After deep analysis and study, I quickly realised that there was a set of must-have skills for anyone and everyone to be a good leader. It was then that I integrated all my knowledge and experience in a structured manner to effectively imbibe and enhance their abilities by enabling them with the missing ingredients to become a great leader.
I wanted to fill the gaps that were amiss, and this led me to create fine guidelines that were easy to adapt and execute. This is when I decided to write this book.
