Mr. William H. Sayen, President of the Pennsylvania Valley Forge Park Association, represented the Governor of Pennsylvania, and was accompanied by the following members of that Commis sion, viz.: J. P. Hale jenkins of Norristown; samuel S. Hart ranft, Superintendent of the Park; richard P. Jones of Reading and Dr. John woolf jordan of the Pennsylvania Order of the Cincinnati Librarian of the Pennsylvania Historical Society.
