Miline Several writings talk about people with resiliency who have overcome difficult life events... yet seldom will you find an inspiring book, that provokes you into an endless reflective space in your thoughts, of the positive things you can do when facing something as life changing as cancer. My personal journey with breast cancer motivated me. in an overwhelming way, to offer practical advice and creative activities to help you live your best life. It was important to me to offer this guide as a reminder for all ages, to cherish every moment. The messages are of hope, love and laughter as you are encouraged to connect deeply with others, and find joy in the most positive way. We all are different, some of you have overcome adversity, yet know someone who can use the messages of living with positivity, please share. I also ask that you take time to read to those who can not read themselves. As a friend, relative or parent, you can help the youngest of cancer patients turn the pages, talk and listen to the meaning of each page, and apply the positive thoughts in your own way. Nothing is more rewarding than to share with those you love and care for each day. Every thought on every page is thought provoking. When you read a page that says, "Share your smile...", you will likely recall a time when you did exactly that, only to find out that someone you smiled at was struggling in ways you didn't know until you smiled and started a conversation with your positivity. Those memories, and stories shared, are important too.... and can change the life of those you share with, listen to, read to; it's not only about the words in my book. As you reflect upon the illustrations, and talk to others about what you did or would like to do, to thank your care team, reconnect with friends, and listen for the positive around you...
