MIDCENTURY COMICS are not digitally remastered, cleaned-up, brand new versions. We use scans of the original comics, and that means they will show the scrapes and scars and wear and sometimes the damage that come from being three generations old. We will always make them the best we can, but if you are ever unhappy we will refund your money no questions asked.
Our comics are designed to be the most affordable editions that modern print-on-demand technology can provide. So, we're using a standard color process, which is more economical, but still provides that color-comic experience collectors and readers crave. It is not quite as flashy, but you can afford more color comics, don't have to settle for black & white, and still have that experience – you might even be able to imagine you smell the newsprint!
