Here's one of the few no-frills budget compilations that does not mess around.
Flashback with KC & the Sunshine Band
contains the group's six singles that topped the Billboard Hot 100 and/or the R&B singles chart: "Get Down Tonight," "That's the Way (I Like It)," "(Shake, Shake, Shake) Shake Your Booty," "I'm Your Boogie Man," "Keep It Comin' Love," and "Please Don't Go." That's a remarkable five-year run -- not bad for a group considered a flash in the pan by many "serious" music fans. The other four songs, led by the Top 30 R&B single "Boogie Shoes," were not as successful but charted as well. ~ Andy Kellman
