I am proposing you use prayers, meditation and gratitude as spiritual soap to cleanse your mind and focus your being. Imagine your life is a long hot shower; the water hitting your body and running down the drain is time. Once you use up your God given allotment of time (water in the shower) your life is over. Make sure you are using the spiritual soap to stay clean. Use the time God has given you wisely.
