An FBI Agent (Anna Torv) and a father and son team with more than their fair share of emotional baggage combine their skills to investigate a series of deaths that appear to have a supernatural element and may be part of a larger conspiracy known only as "the pattern." As the series progresses, a global corporation called Massive Dynamic reveals itself to be a deadlier threat than ever encountered.
