Excerpt from General Railroad Laws of the State of Pennsylvania and Acts Relative to Corporations Affecting Railroad Companies: Arranged in Chronological Order, From 1820 to 1874, With a Complete Analytical Index
Sec. 3. That the said railroad shall not exceed in breadth twenty feet, nor pass through any burying ground or place of public worship, nor any dwelling-house or out-buildings.
