Mental Health has always been part of my day to day, an internal struggle that changes pace on a regular basis. These journals were created as a therapeutic tool for those who may also be struggling with their own mental health. Writing has been a great asset for combating my mental state and I hope these journals can provide the same sense of purpose for others in need.
