In the aftermath of the i SKUAD's exciting first assignment from the Canadian Intelligence Services (CIS), a secret and dangerous "shape-changing" formula has leaked into the Toronto water supply. The villainous Gold Dust Corporation (GDC) uses the formula in a plot to manipulate the Canadian banking system to pump up GDC's share price by impersonating the head of the Canadian Central Bank. In their efforts to thwart the GDC's nefarious scheme and protect the interests of all Canadians, the i SKUAD discover a possible conspiracy involving the CIS itself.
