This book shows us one of the ways we (all of us) can improve race relationships in the United States and around the world. There are many ways to improve race relationships, but this is one way I have experienced improving race relationships were during my 23 years on service in the United States Army. The military was the first organization to integrate Black People after many years of segregation in this country. The military had a good plan for integration that worked, and you will learn this in this book. Racism is embedded deeply into the culture of the United States of America. To make a change or improvement of racism is to make a change in the culture of America. To change a culture, in most cases, takes an event to happen, and it takes some time for the culture to change after the event has occurred. This book shows examples of how changes take place in a culture of a nation and how these changes can improve race relationship.
