Let me say what little I understand about airpower. I've been designing airplanes and weapons and I've watched them used. I have designed airplanes that, in fact, have put a lot of Americans in Vietnam pow camps when they didn't work properly. I have recommended bombing targets where the target was missed slight ly and did a hell of a lot of damage that I wish hadn't been done.
