Jacks Big Adventure: "Is This Your Brown Feather?" is a story about a boy who found a brown feather. Jack wants to find the bird the brown feather belongs to. So he sets out on an adventure looking for a brown bird. On his adventure, Jack encounters eight different birds. Jack asks each bird if the brown feather belongs to them. Each bird he comes upon says no and tells Jack their feather color. Children will learn the primary colors while reading the story. Because the words are repetitive, they will also learn to recognize words in the story.
