In today's complex tech driven workforce, leadership impact comes from middle managers. Therefore, I propose that understanding each person and each situation's premise is key to building a successful team. Premise requires leaders to understand what drives actions and outcomes. Premise can only be uncovered if workers and leaders have a personal understanding of each other. Premise is a foundation in Servant Leadership.
Since premise is typically associated with fiction and storytelling, this book is a management instructional written as memoir and short fiction. I firmly believe that the best leaders are creative thinkers, so a creative approach to guiding them is a great way to engage imagination and inspiration to lead.
