It's a book about setting goals and how I do that and how to do that. Also, creating balance, and how to create balance in one's life. It's comprised of a how to and then a quote for every day of the year with an explanation of what the quote means to me with critical thinking at the end, hence the journal addition. It's to hopefully enhance the lives of others and help them have a balanced life and live happy/happier.
