Miss Lady Bug dreams of going on vacation far away from all the noise in the big city. She knows where she wants to go, but doesn't know exactly how to get to the meadow, in the county, by the babbling brook. So she plans a big block party, inviting the whole community of flying friends, in hopes that someone would know and give her directions on how to get to the meadow, in the country, by the babbling brook.
