The book is about a girl who has pasta in her hair and doesn't know how it got there. It ended up being her baby brother who thought it would be funny to play a prank on her. In the end he learns it's not nice to be playing tricks on his big sister but then Kelly told him it's important to be the bigger person. To always forgive someone when they are sorry.
