Poems of Simplicity are simple yet meaningful poems about people, places, things and nature. Imagine sitting on your porch on a warm summer day, drinking a cool drink. Or perhaps sitting by the fireside with a warm drink in your hands. All that's needed now is a good book, Poems of Simplicity.
Winter
Signs of winter in the air,
makes me wonder, makes me care.
The warmth of sun I will miss,
the mist of morning like a dew drop kiss.
The cold now creeps in the air,
a nice warm blanket, one to share.
Sitting by the fireside,
looking into each others eyes.
In our hands a cup so warm,
to ease the chill that we forlorn.
