This book deals with how our 3rd Constitution came about from our first Presidents Timothy Ruggles, Peyton Randolph, John Hanson, and the others and what they did to mold our Constitution with specific investigation in the terms "Promote the General Welfare". It discusses the important history of slavery up until the hundreds of thousands who are being enslaved into poverty by the reckless distribution of payments to keep people from working.
