Dorry is determined to save her husband, Ted, from a terminal diagnosis. With no medical knowledge, apart from what she has gleaned from Google, Dorry plans to treat Ted herself with alternative medicine.
Knowing time is running out, Dorry executes a daring late-night kidnap of a bewildered but grateful Ted from the hospice, where he is waiting to die.
On the run in their campervan, with their furious daughter and the police in pursuit, the couple face many challenges. Their pursuers intend to return Ted to the hospice and arrest Dorry.
It is all a matter of time. Will Dorry get the chance to test her radical cures? Or will they be captured?
