Your back is one of the most vulnerable spots on the body so if you can protect it then you can usually endure your way through a lengthy fight. The fourth chapter is all about handling individuals who are bigger than you and use this to their advantage. Being big certainly has advantages, but it has a lot more disadvantages in the long run.
The last chapter is the last resort chapter, which is where you will learn deadly techniques, such as:
Stopping a heart with a knee
Breaking a neck using your body
Shoving the bone from the nose into your assailant's brain
Needless to say, the last chapter truly is a last resort. All of this is to make sure that when you, or a woman that you know is attacked, they can fully defend themselves on the spot without requiring additional help.
