He's stuck in 1750, smack in the middle of a conflict surrounding Wimbly's founding. Another people claim the island as their home. They call themselves the Abenaki, and they guard an ancient force that promises the one who takes it power over the living and the dead.
Dark things lurk in Wimbly's past. The magicians might not be who Quinn thought they were. Some of their faces he recognizes. Some of their names he knows. None of them are who he expected.
War looms over Woods Island, and it will trap Quinn between two bitter enemies. The Abenaki fight for their home while the talented fight for Wimbly's. He can do what's right and save the tribe, or he can help the magicians and ensure his future.
