This book is about a decorated Vietnam veteran who was the only male in his high school class inducted into the National Honor Society; was the president of the his high school student body; was captain of the tennis team; and was lead cellist in his high school symphony orchestra; earned B.S. (magna cum laude) and M.S. degrees in mathematics, and earned an MPA degree in Public Administration; commissioned a second lieutenant into the U.S. Air Force; served eight and one-half years where he earned the Bronze Star Medal for exemplary service after serving two tours in Vietnam and two outstanding unit awards for managing eight satellite communications sites all over Southeast Asia and supervising as many as 75 airmen; and was honorably discharged as a captain. When he arrived in Winston-Salem, N.C., his hometown, he was hired as one of three of the first black administrative employees for the City of Winton-Salem in 1970. In that capacity and after he was demoted, he completed studies and developed programs that enabled the City of Winston-Salem to receive millions of federal dollars and he effectively supervised about 10 city employees implement a $1 million manpower program that he developed. When his friend was hired as the city's first black assistant city manager in 1972 and wanted this decorated Vietnam veteran on his staff as an administrator to terminate as many black employees as possible and to accept and support his perverted sexual desires to hire only white men and the veteran refused his offer, this black manager with the support of the veteran's cousin who took the position that the veteran turned down planned how they would and did destroy the veteran's career with city government so that this black assistant city manager could and did keep a highly paid white male by his side on and off the job every day for his personal pleasures. However, when he decided to drop one young white male companion for an older white male companion, the young white male companion gave incriminating evidence to the local newspaper that showed how this black assistant city manager was embezzling thousands of federal dollars to keep his older white companion happy. This assistant city manager and the city manager resigned their positions, because of mismanagement and misappropriation of federal and tax-payers funds. But to coverup the actions of these top leaders and what appeared to be an on-going sex for hire, promote and or upgrade practice in operation for white men, the City Council gave them glorying recommendations so that their careers were not tarnished and hired another city manager who implemented a conspiracy plan that supported the past perverted actions of the past ineffective leaders and made the veteran the villain and troubler-maker in city government. To effectively implement their conspiracy plan against this decorated Vietnam veteran, the new city manager with the approval and support from the city council, state and federal justices, attorneys for and against the veteran, and city department directors used every corrupt and amoral practice possible to destroy the decorated Vietnam veteran's career and ability to adequately provide for his daughter and senior citizen mother. Those practices included discrimination, harassment, fraud, bribery, perjury, sexual perversion and embezzlement which cost the city taxpayers over 5-Million Dollars.
