About the Story
This book is a fantasy book with an environmental message. It is about two young boys, Gavin and Morgan who ride in their father's truck on his flower route to pick orders for local florists. In this story the boys are playing in a gladiola field when they come across a magical honeybee, Chubby, who is stuck in a gladiola flower. The boys come to Chubby's rescue and they form a special friendship. Chubby invites them to visit his magical kingdom in the eucalyptus grove, where they learn about friendship and how important it is for people and bees to work together.
