After running for his life to escape from Edgar the eagle, Farley hides under a fallen log and discovers his friend Betsy Browntail is also there. They watch as Edgar gives up looking for themn and flies away. One peek show Farley that he's in a part of the five acre field that he has never been in before. It's then that he realizes that he is lost! How is he going to get out of this mess and find his way home.
Old and new friends come to his rescue to help him get home, after some hair raising adventgures and great fun along the way.
