Tarny Mulligan's world is turned upside down when his mother disappears during a storm atop of Wellington Falls Mountain. Journeying back to the mountain, he discovers that there are others who have also been lost. In his grief, Tarny becomes able to time travel through the eyes of these lost souls, and he finds that something even more sinister may lurk ahead.
