At a secluded covered bridge east of Bowling Green Kentucky the fiance of the states' most popular sports heroes is savagely murdered. It makes headlines throughout the state. The public demands justice, and her killer is quickly caught, tried, and executed. Soon everyone forgets the tragedy, and life goes back to normal.
