The pages are set up for recording your dreams with a column to list symbols and key words that stand out as you begin to search for interpretation. A place for recording the date of the dream and the time you awake from your dream is also included. Dates and times are very significant! You may have a dream, and days, weeks or even months may pass before it comes to pass. You can then go back to your dream journal and see what date and time you recorded it. I noticed a pattern of times I would wake up from dreams. In those times I could sense God was sending specific types of dreams that would carry more weight than dreams during other times of the day. Also with dates and times, you will be able to see the timelines of dreams and the release of interpretations.
