The eagle and the serpent is the story about an almost impossible love affair. The story is set in Mexico, the native country of the passionate Natasha. After she had met the storyteller through the internet, a beautiful romance flourishes. A romance which her parents can barely cope with. They claim Natasha more and more, making her desire for freedom more eminent. The storyteller takes a downright protective position; no one will hurt or abuse his girl. A delicate balance between keeping respect for her parents and realizing Natasha's freedom follows, with an inevitable climax.
