Articles 118 to 158 of the Treaty of Peace, and by subsequent Treaties with Turkey, Austria and Bulgaria, are administered, according to the Covenant of the League of Nations by one or other of the Allied Powers under an entirely new political code, i.a., by Mandates from the League of Nations.
