Sunny is a lively cockatiel. Chittermeister is a humdrum canary. When they unexpectedly meet Zarptaka, a mysterious golden bird, life becomes more exciting than they ever imagined. Sunny, Chittermeister, and their teen owner, Violet, find themselves setting off to strange new lands to help restore Zarptaka to the fairy kingdom she once ruled as Queen Zara. But nothing is as easy as it seems.
