For as long as anyone can remember, the old abandoned Victorian neighborhood in a small Texas town has been called Transylvania. The imposing mansion that crowns the neighborhood is called Dracula House. It is the hangout of strange shadows that dart across the lawn and the source of brilliant flashing lights that emanate from the Crow's Nest high above. For decades this neighborhood has been the hangout for town kids and teens. Without warning things change dramatically. The mysterious new owner of the neighborhood banishes all of the children and starts renovations that completely change the appearance of the buildings and yards. Just as rapidly as the new owner makes changes, unseen forces begin to attack four sixth grade friends. Bert, Alo, Edwin and Paul set out to uncover the mystery behind all of the happenings of Transylvania and Dracula House. Their investigation starts a journey that will reveal long forgotten secrets that none of them could ever have expected, even in their wildest dreams.
