In the weeks since his victorious return from forging an alliance between his father's empire and the dragons of Din, Prince Joryn has grown increasingly more uncomfortable with his newly acquired status as the champion of Libran, doubting himself with every mention of his now legendary journey. Pressed to lead his father's army into Chiroptera, on an errand of war, Joryn finds his own peaceful nature fully at odds with the violent expectations of the warriors at his command.
