This paper has the doors open for those who want to have a perspective on the approach of intersectionality as a method; on some data that are assumed as information and this in knowledge for political decision making, the way public policies are designed towards the care society, on the influence of Unilateral Coercive Measures as an exogenous factor and an emerging category such as induced migration. Finally on how Venezuelan women participate in political life to make politics change; and by the time politics changes, many of us will have entered it and we will have truly transformed reality, as the great historian of the Venezuelan Women's Movement, Dip. María León: "Our feminism is different from the other feminisms of the world, because our feminism has a constitutional base" and that thanks to the transforming force of many women, "Politics from uncertainty to victory" comes to specify a new episteme that manages to bring a new way of seeing the world, to embrace women and their struggles for a world of equals, fairer and more humane.
