"This is My Name forever, and in this manner I am to be remembered for all generations" (Ex. 3:15).
Part One
presented the abundant evidence from Genesis through Revelation that the ultimate reason God does everything is the glory of His Name. In this light, we lament that God's Name,
Yahweh,
was avoided and prohibited by intertestamental Jews. Still more unfortunate: its replacement has been perpetuated by all major English translations today.
Part Two
seeks to restore the Biblical revelation of God's Name, so we can more accurately and deeply trust, reverence, and rejoice in Him. The Man Jesus of Nazareth repeatedly claimed to be the I AM, quoting the emphatic explanation of God's Name in Exodus 3:14. Then apostolic writers bluntly attributed Godhood to Jesus, honoring Him as Yahweh in flesh. Examining these Scriptures, we can clearly see that eternal destinies hang on the affirmation or denial that Jesus is Yahweh the Son, worthy of all our worship.
"Oh, magnify Yahweh with me! Let us exalt His Name together!" (Ps. 34:3).
