The analysis of Rah-Kwees-Keh's tribal research is in compliance with the U.S.C 25 CFR 83.7 pursuant to federal regulations and processing for acknowledgement. The historical review provides validity of individual Tuscarora Indian ancestry who survived and remained in North Carolina during colonial times to the present day. The research content also consist of Tuscarora individuals who descend from the main body of the historical Tuscarora Indian tribe in North Carolina before 1790 who broke off from the tribal nation in circa 1753-1761 on Tuscarora lands in Bertie County due to the abuse of settlers. The evidence of the individual tribal descent from the historical Tuscarora Indian Nation who existed prior to 1790, is an very strategic research with many historical documents that have been scattered across the states during the colonial time period in North Carolina and Virginia which yielded interesting results in combination with the confirmed DNA results of Rah-Kwees-Keh which connected directly to several enrolled New York Tuscaroras being his DNA Match as 5th to 8th Cousin. The research compilation of Tuscarora records is reviewed pursuant to U.S.C 25 CFR 83.7 for the historical tribal descent identification, community, and tribal political influence/authority for more than a century in native ancestry. The Rah-Kwees-Keh research document can be used as an extensive outline for tribes and tribal citizens as a foundation to conduct very effective tribal research in compliance with the federal government pursuant to 25 CFR 83.
