Do I have negative or positive expectations?
Am I surrounded with the right people?
Support systems are only effective if you use them. A support system is made up of people who intentionally provide support, value, and attention. In ministry and in life, these are comprised of people who are in your corner. Individuals, who have this level of access and proximity, do not judge you or ridicule you.
